What is the customer service opening hours of White Clothes?

We are opened from Monday – Saturday, all emails will be attended on these days.

Does White Clothes have a physical store?

Nope. Our business only operates through our website: whiteclothes.co

What payment methods do we accept?

We accept payment via bank transfer for banks – UOB, DBS/POSB.

For ibanking transfer, please indicate your order ID as your ibank initial and let us know your ibank initial.

For ATM transfer, please send us a clear snapshot of receipt with your order ID no.

We also accept paypal payment and absorb any transaction charges.

What does item with backorder stated mean?

Backorder items are items that are out of stock but could be preordered by customers. Customers will then pay for the items to reserve them. White Clothes will restock the items and send it out to those who reserved it.

However, there will be instances where backorder items go out of stock, we will inform customers about the out-of -stock status and customers can choose to keep the payment as store credit/ have the out-of-stock item exchanged for another item, item can be an instock item or a backorder item.

What if I ordered a backorder product and an instock product together?

For orders that contains backorder products and instock products, White Clothes will send the backorder products and instock products together once the backorder product arrives. Customers that want their instock products sent out first can request to us via email at shop@whiteclothes.co and will pay for the extra shipping costs.
